This hotel in a charming village near Mount Etna exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and cozy, with a great view of Mount Etna. The owners made us feel welcome right away and provided helpful information about the area. The location was perfect, with good restaurants nearby and convenient access to the road to Mount Etna. The breakfast was also satisfying, offering a variety of options to start our day.
No negatives, everything was perfect.

The owner/manager was extremely helpful in all ways. We had an air conditioning issue, and he was very nice in fixing the problem as best as he could. Good restaurant suggestions, friendly, accomodating. Good base location for hiking/exploring mt etna.

The family who runs the hotel were really friendly & very welcoming. The location is superb and easy to find. The garden that the guests are invited to use is lovely.
The room was rather small & very dark which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. However, to be fair, that is not unusual in places at relatively high altitude that are also open in winter. Breakfast was very disappointing; for example, the freshly made cafe latte, although excellent in taste, was cold and although cereal was available there was no sign of any milk on the table to go with it.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Mount Etna. the location was perfect - tucked away in a cute small neighborhood, it offered easy access to shops and a short walk to local restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with some offering a stunning view of Mount Etna. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including freshly squeezed orange juice.
Everything was absolutely fine with this hotel.

The hotel offers a convenient location, close to good restaurants, and in a quiet street. the breakfast is delicious and abundant, featuring a variety of pastries and local products. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing vouchers to enjoy a panini and offering recommendations for dinner. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and some have a lovely view of the mountains.
The kitchen facilities could benefit from more attention to detail, as some basic utensils are missing, and some guests had issues with water leaking into the hallways after taking a bath.

It was great to be able to see the nearby tourist attraction without any hassle as it was located very close by. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a decent breakfast variety that gave us a great start to our day. the rooms were clean and had the basic amenities required for the stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience.
But the pictures provided on the internet did not match the room we were provided. It was not as spacious as we had expected.
